    Q:
How to remove the front Sway Bar Kit on Toyota Yaris? Posted by Customer
    A:
The process of sway bar kit removal starts with connecting the cable to the negative terminal and removing the hood sub-assembly. The front wiper arm head cap needs to be taken off before moving onto the front wiper arm and blade assembly removal process on the left-hand and right-hand sides. The cowl top seal must be extracted from hatchbacks and sedans need to have their cowl side ventilator sub-assembly units removed from each side. Remove first the front wiper motor and link after which you should take off the cowl top ventilator louver sub-assembly and the front wiper motor and link. Hatchback owners should remove the cowl to register duct sub-assembly while sedan owners need to eliminate the front air shutter seal. Move forward with the removal of the outer cowl top panel before directing wheels straight ahead and taking off front wheels. Begin by removing the column hole cover silencer sheet together with the steering sliding yoke sub-assembly before taking out the steering column hole cover sub-assembly. The next step requires disassembly of the both-side front sway bar link assembly and separation of tie rod end sub-assemblies as well as front lower suspension arms from both sides. Suspension of the engine assembly allows workers to detach the front suspension crossmember sub-assembly and power steering gear. To complete the removal process end with taking out two bolts per bracket from both sides before separating the front sway bar kit and its accompanying bush.
