The service procedure for the sway bar kit of RZN191L-TRPDKAB, RZN196L-CRPDKAB, PZN196L-PRPDKAB, VZN195L-CRPDKAB, VZN195L-PRPDKAB starts by removing front wheels before applying 110 Nm (1,150 kgf-cm, 83 ft. lbs.) torque. Start by removing the sway bar links through the removal of 2 nuts and the link from the lower suspension arm and sway bar kit under a torque of 90 Nm (920 kgf-cm, 66 ft. lbs.). A hexagon wrench should be used to maintain ball joint stud stability when the nut causes its rotation. The same process needs to be performed on this other wheel side. The sway bar kit removal starts when you remove four bracket set bolts together with the bar, cushions, and brackets at a torque of 25 Nm (260 kgf-cm, 19 ft. lbs.). Remove the sway bar kit from its brackets and cushions by turning off the 2 connecting brackets with their associated cushions. During inspection of the link ball joint on the sway bar kit check its rotation by rotating the ball joint stud 5 times before installing the nut. To achieve correct turning torque between 0.05 - 2.0 Nm (0.5 - 20 kgf-cm, 0.4 - 17 inch lbs.), use a torque wrench to step the nut at one full turn every 2 - 4 seconds and get a reading at the fifth rotation. To finish the process operators execute installation based on the reverse sequence of disinstallation steps.

Remove the front wheels, ensuring a torque of 110 Nm (1,150 kgf-cm, 83 ft. lbs.).

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.

Repeat the process on the other side, then remove the 4 bolts along with the stabilizer bar, cushions, and brackets, applying a torque of 29 Nm (300 kgf-cm, 22 ft. lbs.).
