How to install the throttle body assembly with motor on Toyota Prius?

The 1NZ-FXE engine control system requires installation of the throttle body assembly with motor by first adding a new gasket onto the intake manifold. Fasten the throttle with motor body through a bolt combined with 2 nuts which require 20 Nm (204 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf) of torque. After gasket application the installer should connect the throttle position sensor connector followed by installation of the throttle control motor connector and the No. 2 water by-pass hose and water by-pass hose and the No. 1 fuel vapor feed hose and the No. 2 ventilation hose and the ventilation hose. Install the air cleaner assembly with 2 bolts that require 7.0 Nm (71 kgf-cm, 62 in-lbf) torque setting and tighten the hose clamp bolt to 3.0 Nm (31 kgf-cm, 27 in-lbf) before connecting the No. 1 air cleaner inlet while tightening the same clamp bolt to 3.0 Nm (31 kgf-cm, 27 in-lbf) and connecting the MAF meter connector. First connect the cable to the negative battery terminal and then pour engine coolant into the system before inspecting for any coolant leakages. Fasten the engine under cover LH and radiator support opening cover together by using 6 clips. Before charging begin an initialization sequence since some systems need this procedure after removing and reattaching the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
