You must pull up the console rear end panel sub-assembly according to the specified direction to untangle its 4 claws and 2 clips before removing it with all attaching 4 screws and the rear console box cup holder. Disconnect the rear console box sub-assembly through removal of its 2 screws, 2 bolts, and console box component.

    Beginning removal of the rear console box starts with separating the 2 claws from the upper console panel by pulling it up and detaching the 4 clips to fully remove the panel. Start by unscrewing the 4 screws from the instrument panel cup holder then proceed to detach the console box pocket along with the carpet. The console rear end panel sub-assembly requires pulling up in the direction of the arrow to detach its six clips and remove the panel after which you must remove the four screws and the rear console box cup holder. To conclude the procedure remove the rear console box sub-assembly through removal of the 2 screws along with the 2 bolts. Place the rear console box sub-assembly inside while securing it with 2 screws and 2 bolts before mounting the rear console box cup holder with 4 screws and applying 6 clips to lock the console rear end panel. After installing the console box carpet and pocket the final step includes putting the upper console panel sub-assembly in place by screwing the instrument panel cup holder and attaching four clips and two claws for complete console panel installation.
